Although we strive to insure each purchase is an educated one, there are many products offered in the Petroleum Industry that are similar in there use and the type of results obtained. Our Technical Manager has over 20 years of hands on experience in the Petroleum Industry working with most of the products we offer.

All contracts, terms, condition of sale, agreement and policy that apply to the sale of any product offered by Safety Protection Warehouse or its representatives are stated here. Any special agreement must be presented to the owner for approval. All terms, condition of sale, agreement and policy stated here or produced in writing to the owner are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

®   All quotes are good for 30 days only.

®    All items are quoted FOB our location.

®    All items purchased must be paid for in Canadian Dollars or equivalent US Dollars.

®    All items special ordered are prepaid and are not returnable or refundable.

®   All items must be presented for return within 5 days. There will be a 20% restocking charge PER ITEM plus the cost of freight. Safety Protection Warehouse will not be responsible for freight charges.

®    All Coveralls, Lab Coats, Jackets and clothing  must be returned in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached.

®   All shipments that require a pre-inspection before shipping will be preformed at our freight forwarders location.

®    WARRANTY:

      Safety Protection Warehouse can only extend the warranties of each manufacture we represent and all claims must adhere to their individual policy.

®   CLAIMS:

        All orders are inspected before shipment. All shipments are F.O.B. our location and become the responsibility of the carrier upon pick-up. Claims for products damaged or shortage of shipping containers in transit must be made by the buyer to the carrier immediately. All claims to Safety protection Warehouse for shortage or damage must be made within 2 working days after receiving the shipment.

RETURN POLICY

There is no return policy on embroidery as once we work on garments they are not resalable as new any more.
If, by chance there are embroidered items that are incorrect as a fault of Safety Protection Warehouse the customer must notify Safety Protection Warehouse and assemble items for return within 5 days.

Safety Protection Warehouse offers the warranty on all products that have a manufacture warranty. In the event the item you purchased does not come with a manufacture warranty all returns and or exchanges will be on a case by case basis. There is a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping per item submitted for return or exchange. Any item that is Special Order and not part of our inventory stock and specifically requested by the purchaser are not returnable.

PAYMENT TERMS

Safety Protection Warehouse offers several methods of payment. We understand companies have several different methods of operating their Accounts Payable. We can work with your company to suit your own individual needs and requirements.

All orders are pre-payable by customer before delivery.
